Crossroads

When the movie Crossroads (featuring Britney Spears) came out years ago Lexi, Cam and I got the idea to make a time capsule together. So, in 6th grade, we gathered valuables and placed them into a plastic container. We then went into my backyard and started to dig. We buried the time capsule and promised to open in once we graduated in 2010! It seemed like so far away. 2010 would never come.
Well its here. We dug up our time capsule tonight. It actually took us a long time dig up. Sadly the box was ruined but we were able to get it out. The pictures and note we wrote were ruined, but we still have the video. We haven't been able to get it to work yet due to the advances we've had in technology. But don't worry, we will.
I can't believe we've stayed friends for so long. We buried that box 6 years ago. We cried opening the box because we're all going our separate ways this fall. We have to say goodbye. We've been so close for so long and now we'll all live hours away from each other. We'll always stay friends no matter how far apart we live. We've been friends for so long that nothing can come between us. We've started on our new time capsule. Rach is included in this one :) We're going to bury it on Sunday. So here we go.. I'm saying it. I can't wait for 2015! It feels like forever away but soon enough the four of us we'll be gathered in my kitchen going through our time capsule.
